YOUR ROLE :
As a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal, you will be part of a team responsible
for commercial leases.
Among your responsibilities, your tasks will include:

Preparing and drafting a variety of legal documents specific to the real
estate field (leases, amendments, renewals);

Overseeing the commercial lease portfolio through reading, drafting,
updating, revising, and correcting documents;

Analyzing commercial leases;
-
Ensuring the accuracy of lease information in the database;

Maintaining and completing commercial lease documentation;
-
Responding to tenants' requests and questions;
-
Communicating and maintaining effective relations with the various members of
the department, both in Quebec and in other Canadian provinces;

Updating company books;
-
Providing support for schedule management.
SKILLS REQUIRED :

DCS in Paralegal Technology or any other relevant training;

Experience in commercial real estate specializing in leasing will be
considered an asset;

Good level of bilingualism;

Organizational skills and ability to manage several files at once;

Autonomy, versatility and team spirit.
